We're James and Alice Savory — partners in life, business and everything in between. We're passionate about helping people build successful businesses that fit around their lives, rather than spending their lives working around their businesses.

From window cleaning to building businesses together.
Our journey with HighLevel began in 2023, when James, a former window cleaner, discovered he could take the online booking system he'd built for his own business and help other window cleaners grow.
That idea became Clean Marketing, an agency that has since generated over £3 million in recurring revenue for its clients and more than 56,000 leads.
Alice joined the business in 2025, bringing her creativity, personality and fresh perspective. She went on to launch This Girl Does. in 2026, empowering women and mums in business to build success on their own terms.
Today, alongside our individual agencies, we're building Marketing That Works together, helping small businesses make AI and automation work for them.
The reason behind it all? Our family.
We're parents to three amazing children — Arizona, Aloha and Amethyst — and previously spent four years as foster carers.
For us, freedom isn't about never working. It's about being there for school runs, never missing the important moments, saying yes to spontaneous adventures and making memories with the people we love.
